The BM-Stack is a heavy-duty vertical cabinet smoker designed for professional BBQ production.  The vertical cabinet design maximizes cooking capacity while maintaining a compact footprint, making it ideal for restaurants, BBQ kitchens, catering operations, and professional pitmasters.

The smoker is made in 4mm thick steel plate construction. 

The smoker is mounted on a heavy-duty caster wheel for easy to move.

The smoker has a 2″ threaded pipe on the firebox door to connect the pit controller(air blower).

Cooking chamber is equipped with the stainless steel drip tray/water pan.

Stainless steel thermometer in F and C.

Stay cool door handles 

Removable heat detector 

Heavy duty , pull out fuel tray 

Ash tray for easy cleaning 

Adjustable air intake dampers on the firebox door
